The Blue Eyed Daisy Bakeshop is located in the heart of Serenbe. There are no neon signs in this green friendly community (notice the letters on top of the store). With a delightful atmosphere, tasty pastries, and plenty of hot teas and coffee, this quaint shop is definitely worth a stop while you are in the area.

The Farmhouse Restaurant at Serenbe was amazing. Their southern organic cooking was fresh and full of flavor. By far the best fried chicken I have ever had. It has a wonderful cozy welcome home feeling. Great food with great people, can't ask for much more. Definitely two thumbs up!!

I love doors....I love to wonder how many people have walked through them or where they may lead. I love things that are old. Things that have a history and a story.

This was a fountain in Roswell that I was fascinated with. I love to photograph water. :)

So this is my first winter not in Florida and so far I have decided that I do not like the cold. I miss the days of being at the beach on Christmas break. This year was the first time Atlanta has had snow on Christmas in over 100 years. This was also the first year I have ever experienced snow. It was fun for about 20 minutes and then I was ready to bring on the sun again...I did however have a great experience building my very snowman with my amazing friend, Misty Williamson. My most recent shoot was with a wonderful couple out of Jacksonville. Jennifer and Jason were such sweet people to work with. We shot at a park in Switzerland, FL. Located on the St. Johns river, this park is full of beautiful backdrops. One this very cold day I shot early in the morning trying to capture the couples gentle nature. Congrats Jenn and Jason! I wish you all the happiness in the world!
